How to Order
Furniture can be ordered directly on our website. Select PRODUCTS, click on the category and select the piece(s) you are interested in - then follow the directions. Due to variations in furniture size and weight, as well as shipping destinations, the total price will be calculated after your order is placed. You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives who will give you the final cost and set up your payment.
Your order is not submitted until you have been contacted by a customer service representative and YOU HAVE AGREED to the cost and your payment option is determined. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, please call 704-873-8154.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you place an order after hours on Friday, or the weekend, you will be contacted no later than noon on Monday. If you have not heard from a Just Plain Country representitve by then, please call 704-873-8154.
If you prefer, you can place your order by phone or fax, or you can email our customer service department. We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.
Because each item is built according to the specifications you provide, shipping will be calculated after your order has been placed, but before the order is processed. No order will be processed without making contact with you, to discuss costs, billing and delivery.

Wholesale For wholesale pricing, we require the following:
1. Vendors/Resellers License with sales tax #
2. Business Card
3. Make the purchase with a business check or company credit card

Shipping is offered in the U.S. and parts of Canada. Our rates usually run between $150.00 and $400.00 when shipping in the Southeast and Northeast U.S. Price will depend on the furniture size, number of pieces and location. Since a large number of our pieces are custom made, we cannot provide a shipping price until we receive the order. Shipment charges will be handled as follows:
Internet sales: Once we receive the order and payment, someone in our customer service department will contact you with the cost of shipping. We can receive payment at that time with a credit/debit card or by check or money order.
Sales by Phone: Once we receive your order, we will put together your price including shipping and either call or email you the quote. We can receive payment at that time with a credit/debit card or by check or money order.
